‘Two Hands’ is a master class in taking rock music to the outer limits and creating something truly unique. Stuffed to the gills with grooves, riffs and rhythms to make you lose your mind it reaches deep into the secret history of mankind, ponders the wonders of evolution and even includes references to the government’s mysterious mind control program, ‘MK Ultra’.
From the slow and sludgy Black Sabbath-esque chugs of ‘Pale Horse’, to the relentless, frantic beats of ‘American Mirrors’ and ‘Rich Gift’, to the more laid-back, trippy sounds of ‘Invisible Hand’ and ‘Toy Memaha’, Turbowolf have delivered an album of unassailable sonic adventure, with an abundance of eclectic electronics, throbbing bass, bruising drums, fizzing guitars and the kind of vocals from singer Chris Georgiadis, that have you believe he’s singing for his very survival.
And in amongst the far-reaching eccentricities that Turbowolf have made their own, the band have an impeccable ear for a hit with current single ‘Rabbits Foot’ eating up the airwaves with huge support at Radio 1, and the likes of ‘Solid Gold’, and ‘Nine Lives’ delivering the kind of twisted melodies that will have your head spinning for days.
After spending most of 2013 writing the album, the band took to the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales to record it in a frenzied six weeks, breaking every rule they could in the search for sonic excellence. The result is an absolutely incredible body of work, co-produced with Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Band of Skulls, Opeth).
‘Two Hands’ will be the first official release from Turbowolf after they signed to Universal Music as the first band announced under the joint venture between Spinefarm Records and Search & Destroy back in November. Their next UK tour will see them step up from eccentric cult favourites to the rock’n’roll heroes of 2015.
Great Britain - prepare yourselves for the musical apocalypse that is Turbowolf. The band are standing on the cusp of great things, ready to spread their wings and fly!

"Chris Georgiadis is also arguably one of Britain’s most charismatic frontmen. If the rest of the new album packs as much punch as 'Rabbits Foot', they could be on to something pretty remarkable indeed." – Q Online
"Stuffed to the guts with Turbowolf’s distinctive rubber-buzzsaw riffs and Technicolour stomp, boding well for a strong showing next year from one of the UK’s most under-appreciated rock bands.” – Clash Music
“Turbowolf’s implicitly sexual sound is as defiant as it is emphatic” – Kerrang
