Opening to a beautifully sparse blend of woozy vocals and atmospheric guitar lines, the track builds through verses which swell with melancholic emotion into expressive choruses, accented by glistening vocal harmonies and subdued drum machine.
“I wrote this song on GarageBand and I particularly love it because of all the harmonies,” Patricia explains. “Hope people enjoy it.”
‘Words I Have To Say’ follows the release of ‘Sleep Talk’, a heady dose of euphoric alt-pop featuring Patricia’s lush vocals set against a backdrop of immersive synths and danceable beats, which was released last week.
Last year Patricia released her debut single, ‘Regret’, followed by her debut EP Actually. With recent single ‘Sleep Talk’ and her latest track ‘Words I Have To Say’, she proves herself as a powerful new talent set to make a big mark.
