Part of that success follows the incredible acoustic performance of their last single on John Bishop’s new BBC1 prime time show at the start of June. ‘Trouble Is As Trouble Does’ was so well received that it sent their album straight back to the top of the UK iTunes Country chart and is on the Radio 2 playlist. And now, after a phenomenal sold-out headline tour in May, Striking Matches are returning to the UK in July for a few dates before their headline tour this November including a show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
