The new song is a dreamy psychedelic wonder featuring danceable touches and exquisite harmonies recalling the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club, Temples and Tame Impala.

Regarding the single frontman Oscar Gormley says,“The original idea for 'Just The Romantic' came from an old joke my dad used to tell about calling a musician instead of 999 when someone's house was on fire. We were all studying in a super intense institution where music was literally everything so I was thinking a lot about how useful and real that way of thinking really was. I think the song ends up being about committing to your art no matter how difficult and pointless it might feel.”

‘Just The Romantic’ follows the release of the highly praised singles‘Sun Skin Air’and‘Blue Light’, which have been quick to prove SUN SILVA as one of the most exciting new bands to emerge from London in recent times.

‘Sun Skin Air’ was featured on the playlists of both NME Radio and Radio X, while also garnered strong press support from NME, DIY, Wonderland and many more.

Their debut single ‘Blue Light’ saw them burst onto the scene last year to an equally impressive reaction from both fans and media, with support coming from Radio 1, Radio X, BBC Introducing, DIY, Dork, Clash and many others.

Making a huge statement on the live scene, SUN SILVA have sold out shows across London and also played in support of the likes of Jungle, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever and Swimming Girls.

SUN SILVA play their next London headline show at Camden Assembly on May 1st, tickets are available viaTicket Web. The band have also been announced to play summer festivals including The Great Escape, Live At Leeds, Dot To Dot, Hit The North and Barn On The Farm.

SUN SILVA are rapidly making a name for themselves as one of the most in demand and impressive new bands, with 2019 looking set to be a defining year for the collective.
